Context

The Genesis brand stands for a new and fascinating alternative in the field of premium mobility. With hospitality and an outstanding service offer, Genesis creates a trusting and sustainable customer relationship. Following the principle It's about Time, respect for the customer's available time is at the heart of the relationship. In the coming years, the range of vehicles and services in Europe will be continuously expanded: As part of the brand's vision for a sustainable future, Genesis introduced its first three electric vehicles in 2022 and from 2025 all new vehicles will be equipped with a fully electric powertrain. Genesis will also establish itself as a zero-emissions brand by 2030 and aims to become carbon neutral by 2035.

Challenge

In the automotive industry, very few newcomers have been able to gain a sustainable foothold in the recent past. Genesis wants to counteract this trend and establish itself as both a luxury car brand and a lifestyle brand in Switzerland.

Approach

In close exchange with Genesis Motor Switzerland and Genesis Motor Europe, Brand Affairs was allowed to create a suitable PR approach together with Genesis Switzerland. Since the beginning, we have accompanied this strategy with solid media work, the cultivation of personal contacts, additional support in influencer marketing and event planning. The proactive management of the Genesis press fleet enables media professionals and key opinion leaders to experience the luxurious Genesis driving experience first-hand.
