As part of a multi stage pitch process, Brand Affairs AG has won the brand strategy mandate for Unigestion SA.
Brand Affairs’ scope is to develop a brand positioning- and differentiation strategy to support Unigestion’s path of continued growth. Taking into account the entrepreneurial spirit upon which Unigestion was founded, the brand framework will build on the Asset Manager’s cur-rent strengths and extrapolate future differentiation points into tangible and actionable impli-cations for today.
“Unigestion is a very strong Asset Manager with solid growth in an increasingly competitive industry,” said Markus Kramer, partner at Brand Affairs. "The game for players within the financial industry is changing dramatically. We are therefore all the more proud to work with Unigestion on a brand model that will further strengthen the company's position for the fu-ture.”
“Brand Affairs combines strategic expertise with years of experience in an international con-text,” says Jean-François Hirschel, Marketing Director at Unigestion. “Their broad knowledge across various sectors is refreshing and helps us think through our positioning and our brand beyond our own immediate industry.”
Unigestion was founded 40 years ago as a Swiss Asset Manager with current assets under management (AUM) of CHF 17.3 billion. Unigestion currently employs 189 employees from 21 nations at its headquarters in Geneva and offices in all major financial centres around the world: Zurich, London, Paris, New York, Montreal, Toronto and Singapore.
