Swiss Prime Site Solutions (SPSS) is the youngest of the five group companies in the listed Swiss Prime Site Group. SPSS is an innovative asset manager for real estate solutions. Taking this context into consideration, the aim was to develop and articulate, and consequently communicate SPS Solutions in an independent way in the long term.
An ambitious, fast-growing group company was to be given an independent identity and thereby gain a strong position in the market. This would require a solid foundation that will positively underpin its course of expansion. Our goal was to create an identity – both internally and externally – that is in keeping with the times, to generate greater visibility, and to ensure that the SPS Solutions brand becomes well known in the long term among the main target audiences..
Through means of an insights phase, we first carried out an evaluation of the brand's current positioning. We then extrapolated its projected trajectory into the future, keeping in mind the strategy already adopted and taking into account the competition, future markets, target groups and trends within the industry. From there, we then developed values and a vision for SPS Solutions and created a positioning taking a holistic approach. During the activation phase, we consistently adopted an inside-out approach.
